Was late for training and the whole dragon boat team do 100 pumpings. wth. -.- My hand hurts from all the training today but i think i've grown stronger by the trainings and i hope im ready for SDBF.

Im feeling better from all those friendship problems but inside i'll keep on trying! I will endure and not give up! God is awesome! :)
